Revisions

A commission can take from 7 days to a few months depending on the type and complexity. I will contact you during different stages of the commission if there are any changes you want to make.

Acceptance of commission
Confirmation of Payment
Initial rough sketch (Major changes can be made)
Progress updates (Minor changes can be made)

I will wait for up to 24 hours after each stage for any requested changes. If you do not reply, I will assume nothing needs to be changed and will proceed as normal.

Payment

Payment will be made via PayPal. The commission is to be paid upfront. I will start working once the payment is received. Any requested refunds are made through and handled by the Artistree.io team.

As an artist, i reserve the right to

Reject any commission request for whatever reason.
Include the commissioned piece in my portfolio.
Record/stream the process of creating the piece.
Post the piece on any of my social media.
A COMMISSIONED PIECE MAY ONLY BE USED COMMERCIALLY/FOR A PROFIT IF THE COMMISSIONER PAYS THE SPECIFIED COMMERCIAL USE FEE.

Models/Emotes are not to be sold! They can be used for streaming and content creation.

No commissioned piece is permitted to train ai models or be sold as NFTS.

In sending a commission request, you are agreeing to all the terms listed above.
